About the therapist
Sarah sees massage and energy work as map
guides in one's journey to healing and wholeness. She customizes each
session to address the client's needs and goals. Sarah specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue
massage and includes stretching, neuromuscular therapy techniques, Reflexology and
Reiki as necessary. She is a certified pregnancy therapist (Bodywork for the Childbearing Year) and trained in healing stone therapy. In 2008, Sarah plans to add Reiki II and Reflexology techniques to her toolkit.
Sarah is a native of the
Allegheny forest of Pennsylvania where "trees and families share strong
roots." (This was actually the slogan on her county's Website- no kidding!) Sarah earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State
University in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minor in early childhood development.
