What to bring:

  • readiness to be supported and rejuvenate

  • clean mask (surgical if possible)

  • water bottle

  • cash, check, venmo

  • (cc with $3 charge)

Text me when you arrive, then hang out in your vehicle until I call you.  (Unless it's exact time of your session, then come on in. The waiting room is closed.

Feeling sick in any way? Please stay home. I care for you and I want you to rest. And I want to keep myself, my clients and our community safe in event you having something contagious.

THE CHECKLIST + OUR MORNING DUTY: 

On the morning of your session, I ask you to review this checklist and call or text me with response that you are a "no" to all on checklist, or a "yes" to any. I can't see you with this prior knowledge.
