"I began my career in massage and mind-body therapies in 2003 after discovering the unique benefit of professional, safe touch + body-based therapies in my personal healing work. Over the last 20 years, it has been a deeply inspiring and rewarding supporting folks in their process.

Knowing our body systems deeply rely on each other to operate optimally, I have studied and practiced a spectrum of modalities in effort to support the whole person. I have extensively studied and practiced with myofascial techniques, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, developmental somatic psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems- parts work, mind-body approaches to nervous system regulation, eastern healing modalities, energy medicine, and an eclectic array of embodied spirituality practices. Lately, I am drawn to understanding how oppressive systems impact us internally and interpersonally and how we might hold that knowing and free ourselves, where possible.

In table work, my intention as I work with you is to orient to the inherent health and resiliency in your mind-body-spirit and give it momentum, while gently and fully tending to areas of constriction (whether physical, emotion, spiritual). In mind-body approaches to trauma healing and coaching, it is my deep intention to hold a safe and supported space for you with emphasis on tools for empowerment, honoring your body's wisdom and co-creating a pace that allows your mind and body to integrate the healing and growth in meaningful, lasting ways.

My assistant Sadie is also pictured.  Her intention is to offer TLC when it's sought. She also models deep, full body relaxation whilst snoozing on her bed in the corner for a majority of session. She's gentle, empathetic and intuitive, and a rescue with a painful past."
